We build our practices internally through deep listening & learning, and through partnerships with values-aligned organizations that bring specialized expertise.
Responding & Creating With CareBuilding Our Practices
Our practices grow from the relationships we build through Ikigai Advisory. As we listen, work alongside Yayas, and understand what they are trying to accomplish, recurring needs emerge. Rather than solve the same challenge from scratch each time, we turn what we learn into a repeatable capability: focused expertise, practical tools, methods, templates, and shared knowledge that strengthen how we help.
We develop these capabilities through our own people and partnerships with existing, values-aligned organizations that bring specialized expertise. Where others already do something well and share our commitment to Yayas, we can build on that strength together. This allows us to offer deeper expertise and more consistent support at a cost Yayas can afford, while tailoring our approach to each organization’s circumstances.
Yayas can access these capabilities through ongoing support or focused Sprints: time-bound engagements designed around a specific challenge and a clearly defined outcome. Sprints bring the right expertise together within an agreed scope and budget, making specialized support more accessible and helping Yayas take a meaningful step forward.
If you’re called to support Yayas and already embody the qualities of a good human guide, we invite you to reach out to discuss opportunities to develop practices and sprints that fit within our carefully crafted ecosystem.

PRACTICE #1
Grow With Purpose. Build for the Long Term.Revenue Growth
Meaningful work needs a healthy organization behind it. Sustainable Growth is The Ikigai Partnership’s sales and business development practice, helping mission-driven leaders build the relationships, positioning, revenue, and systems needed to grow while staying true to their purpose.
We work alongside you to understand where you are today, what you want to build, and what may be holding you back. Together, we make practical choices about which customers to serve, which opportunities to pursue, and what your organization needs to deliver consistently and well.
Our approach recognizes that growth compounds through consistent effort: understanding people, earning trust, delivering value, and learning from experience. Success means stronger revenue, deeper relationships, a more capable organization, and greater capacity to make the difference you set out to create.
Methodologies used to base the Ikigai Flywheel include Sandler, SPIN selling, Challenger Sales Methodology and ValueSelling Framework.

How We Guide & Help You
-
Identify your ideal customers, understand their needs, and articulate why your work matters to them. We help sharpen your offerings and messaging so the right people can recognize the value you bring.
-
Create a focused approach to finding, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities. This includes developing referral networks, strategic partnerships, and a sales pipeline grounded in trust, mutual value, and thoughtful follow-through.
-
Align pricing with the value you provide, the customers you serve, and the true cost of delivery. We help you assess revenue models and opportunities with attention to margins, recurring income, and financial resilience.
-
Give your outreach a clear purpose. We help align your story, channels, content, and sales conversations so awareness can develop into relationships, and relationships into meaningful opportunities.
-
Strengthen the processes, tools, roles, and habits that help your team deliver on its promises. From managing customer relationships to preparing proposals and coordinating delivery, we help make growth more repeatable and less dependent on any one person.
-
Translate your growth strategy into a practical plan with clear responsibilities, milestones, and measures. Regular reviews create space to learn, address obstacles, and adjust as circumstances change.
SPRINT #1The Ideal Customer Profile
An Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) sprint is a fast-paced workshop or working session designed to align your team and pin down the exact accounts that bring your business the highest long-term value. The output is a detailed blueprint of the ideal account or organization (not an individual consumer) that is best suited for your product, achieves maximum retention, and yields the highest lifetime value (CLV).

SPRINT #2Environmental Impact-To-Economy
Organizations today need to connect environmental outcomes with economic performance. The Environmental Impact-to-Economy Sprint helps companies, governments, and NGOs quantify how sustainability actions translate into tangible financial and social results.
This sprint transforms environmental data into clear, actionable economic insights, identifying who benefits, who pays, and how different strategies affect both the environment and the economy.

“I’m an environmental economist with over 6 years of experience in international organizations including the OECD, the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin), and most recently as a consultant for the IMF. I have recently been working with the Dublin City Council, helping them with a model to assess the effect of retrofitting on buildings. My work focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights to support evidence-based environmental and climate policy.””

Turn Your Expertise Into Someone Else’s Momentum
Our community holds expertise that could help values-driven leaders make better decisions and move important work forward. The Ikigai Partnership is inviting experienced practitioners to help turn that knowledge into focused, practical sprints.
A sprint is a short, time-bound engagement built around a specific challenge, a structured process, and a concrete outcome. Our ambition is to bring the rigor of leading strategy consultancies within reach of founders, nonprofits, and community organizations with the care, accessibility, and collaboration that define Ikigai.
We’re looking for people who combine deep expertise with curiosity, humility, and a willingness to build alongside others. You might help design a method, develop a diagnostic or financial model, challenge assumptions, or co-lead a pilot.
Together, we would define the problem, scope the work, develop reusable tools, and test the sprint against a real need. Each sprint should leave a leader with a clearer decision, a useful deliverable, and a practical path forward.
Have expertise that could become an Ikigai sprint? Share the challenge you know how to solve, who would benefit, and what they could walk away with.
